		Waiwera 'Spiced Gold' Rum Our rums are made using organic muscovado sugar, which we ferment with Champagne yeast to around 15% abv and distill it once in a pot still and once in a batch rectification column, resulting in a 96%+ abv. The final product is not filtered to retain it's natural aromas. It is blended with Waiwera Artesian Water and natural and organic spices that are sourced locally whenever possible. By combining different blends of spices we create two distinct styles of rum; Spiced Gold with a stronger concentration of winter spices and Spiced Silver with a lighter fruitier blend. The resulting products have a very smooth mouthfeel, enhanced by the spices to create complex rums that can be enjoyed on their own as well as in a cocktail.

		Mahurangi Gin This gin is made using New Zealand Grape Spirit which is distilled by us using the pot stills and batch rectification stills resulting in a 96% + abv. It is then blended with Waiwera Artesian Water and filtered through a gravity fed activated coconut charcoal system, which helps take the alcohol flavor away and bring out the original flavors of the raw ingredient. It is then blended with natural and organic botanicals that are sourced locally whenever possible. Mahurangi Gin is a nod to the traditional Gins of England using modern ideas and innovative techniques. It is dry in style with a silky mouthfeel and pleasant juniper and herbal notes.
		Waiwera Silver Rum The rum is made using organic muscovado sugar from Philippines; it isnt filtered or aged to retain most of the tropical aromas. It boasts ripe banana, white chocolate and other tropical aromas, on the palate it is dry and smooth, the white chocolate carries through to a dry, mineral finish.
		Waiwera Silver Gin Based on the pure Waiwera Spirit distilled by us, the Silver Gin features a blend of traditional botanicals used in dry gins as well as hand-picked Manuka Tree Flowers that give it a distinctly sweet, floral aroma and a New Zealand touch.
		Waiwera "Ginessa" Vodka A Waiwera Original, this is a Juniper and Quinine vodka, combining the classic gin and tonic flavour at 40%abv. The nose is herbal and fruity; leading to fruity sweetness on the palate, with a hint of citrus and a long, pleasant bitterness on the finish.
		Waiwera "Gingerella" Vodka Ginger gives this vodka a light straw colour; the nose is of fresh ginger and a soft tone of orange and gingerbread; the palate is silky, earthy and a little bit juicy with distinct ginger heat on the finish.
		Waiwera "Peppercella" Vodka Serrano Chilli and Honey colour this vodka a light golden; on the nose it is vegetal, herbal, sweet with a light paprika finish; the palate is luscious and subtly sweet, vegetal with a hot chilli finish.
		Waiwera "Limoretta" Vodka A blend of citruses, Limoretta has a beautiful yellow/green hue, the aroma is floral with a distinct citrus note that is picked up by a finish of warm spices; on the palate it has a clean, zesty bite, a touch of bitterness and a finish of white pepper.
		Waiwera "Caravella" Vodka A pale green hue highlights this infusion, very complex flavours on the nose, distinctly caraway with notes of anise, fresh cucumber, spice and light sweetness; the palate is creamy, herbal and spicy with a distinct grassy caraway finish.
